After more than ten years as co-founder of the Nadadora studio, in 2017 he founded Isaac Piñeiro Design Studio, where he develops product design projects for companies and institutions in Spain and abroad. His work spans furniture, lighting, accessories and homeware, as well as exhibition projects and collaborations linked to craft and gastronomy. Each project begins with a careful reading of its context: people's needs, the company's identity, the materials available and the production possibilities. From this perspective, the studio looks for precise, recognisable solutions and avoids unnecessary gestures. Collaboration, dialogue and co-creation are part of a process in which design and industry move in the same direction.

He works from a broad understanding of design, in which aesthetics, function, manufacturing and responsibility are part of a single decision. His projects explore the social and productive capacities of each setting to develop objects that are understandable, durable and able to live with the passing of time. His work has been shown at international events and exhibitions in Milan, London, Tokyo, Seoul, Havana and Shenzhen, and several of his pieces are held in museum and foundation collections. He has received awards including the iF Design, Red Dot, Delta ADI-FAD, Best of Year and ADCV awards. He combines his professional practice with teaching at Escola Massana in Barcelona and with lectures and academic activities related to product design.
